About the talk
Exercising 'Enlightened Leadership’ is learning to lead across sectoral, cultural and national boundaries to advance the common good of humanity at large. It operates from the understanding and appreciation of interdependence and reciprocity. It helps one understand the self, what drives the self; the interaction and interrelationship of the Self with Others around us and the actions that one constantly performs in this relationship between the Self and Others.
