Regaining Inner Strength And True Happiness – Gītā’s Guidance

Geetā is the most excellent restatement, of the wisdom of the Upanishads (Vedānta), by none less than Lord Shri Krishna. "You have everything that you need within you," says this body of teachings. All we need to do is identify the psychological barriers to the expression of our innate divinity and eliminate them. These obstacles are caused by spiritual ignorance. A careful study of Geetā, with competent guidance, is sure to bless us with robust emotional health and to experience natural cheerfulness.
