About the Practice Session
The practice session will be using two props, a block (or a thick hard cover book) and a belt. There will be a variety of practices geared towards stretching and strengthening the body in a simple and effective flow.
About the Presenter
Ishwarya Chaitanya is a yoga teacher and therapist trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, with experience in Iyengar. Coming from Vancouver, Canada, she has spent the last ten years in India studying Bharatanatyam, yoga and philosophy.
