Harmony will be talking to us about the benefits of a seated Vipassana meditation and she will conduct a practice session on mediation as well.
About the Speaker
Harmony has been teaching yoga for over two decades all over the world. She has degrees in Religious Studies and Philosophy with a minor in Psychology. Harmony is a Certified Wellness Coach who helps guide people to breathe better to reduce the harmful effects of stress and anxiety so that they can experience more freedom and joy within their life.
