Indica Yoga is pleased to announce 10 scholarships, worth 199 Euros each, for Europe based Yoga Teachers interested in learning Vedic Chanting from Smt. Shantala Sriramaiah, founder vedastudies.com, with whom we have successfully collaborated
Born and raised in Bengaluru (India), Shantala teaches Veda recitation globally through her online classes. An Engineer by qualification, she has had a two decades long career in Learning & Development before transitioning to teaching of Veda chanting. Her teaching, drawn from her previous experience, brings structure, detail and a clear methodology. A student of Sri M. S. Sreenivasan, of The Challakere Brothers, she has developed a unique system to accurately and completely transmit the nuances of Vedic phonetics for an error free learning for students.
Buoyed by the response to the initial program, Indica Yoga is partnering with Veda Studies for a Teacher Training course in Vedic Chanting, expected to be launched in 2022.

Please note that candidates will be selected after a rigorous interview with Dr. Vinayachandra B K, Director – Indica Yoga. Only those candidates who are committed to incorporating chanting in their own practice and willing to join the above teacher training course in chanting need to apply.
