Day 10 Session 02: A Practical Session On Vinyasa For All by Trupteesh

About the practice

Vinyasa yoga practice method has been developed by Shri krishnamacharya. During this class practitioners will learn how to adopt asana practice though vinyasa. It will be guided through beginner to intermediate levels. The session will also focus on proper breathing and alignment.

 

About speaker
Trupteesh has been teaching Yoga since 2004. Over the last ten years he has condcuted hundreds of Yoga Teacher Training Courses around the world, training and educating thousands students. Major focus of Truptas teachings are on Yoga Philosophy, Meditation and Pranayama in addition to Asana in Hatha and Vinyasa styles. Every year he travels to France, Japan, Bali and Romania to conduct Yoga courses and workshops.

His yoga journey has started with at the age of fifteen with his father and which was nourished by his teacher Dr. Ramachandra Bhat in Veda Vijnana Gurukulam, place for ancient yogic learning system. He holds a Bachelors' Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore. He has studied with great teachers from Iyengar and Shivanada schools.
