About the Practice Session

Prana yoga is a unique set of asana and pranayama practices to stimulate the five major pranas in our system. Participants will experience the flow of individual prana in their system and move into pranic meditation at the end.

About the Presenter

Naveen completed his Master’s in Yogic Science in Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA University) and was certified as a yoga therapist and instructor. With nearly two decades of teaching experience in India and abroad, he is also the founder director of Ananda Yoga in HongKong. His teachings offer a synthesis of the best of the East and the West, of spirituality and modern sciences focusing towards inner transformation.

His effort in bringing well-being to society is recognized by international medical publications. He studied the immediate effect of energy alignment and mantra on stress-related pain in adolescents through his wide spread yoga programs in India, and the paper was presented in the 5th International Conference on Pain Management in U.K.
