Day 17 Session 02: A Talk On Yoga For Well-being And Therapy: Ancient Wisdom For Modern Life by Ganesh Mohan

About the Talk

Yoga is the original holistic framework for self-transformation and well-being, along with Ayurveda. The integrated approach that yoga provides is increasingly relevant in modern times when we are fragmented by stress, lifestyle diseases, rapid change and more. Understanding and applying the original insights of yoga can profoundly shift our life perspective and practices toward true well-being - feeling complete from within and resilient in facing the challenges of life. This session will take you through the map of ancient yoga with simple examples of how you can apply some of the practices in your life.
