Day 18 Session 01: A Practical Session On Yoga: A Practice To Discover Unity by Rahi Santhanam

About the Experiential Session

Yoga is a philosophy and a practice that helps unify the fragmented aspects of oneself and helps radiate that lived truth. It's an extraordinary tool that helps every single aspiring human being to find their common centre and act from it. This experiential session looks at helping individuals rediscovering this unity within and without.
