About the Practice Session
Yoga for back strengthening - This session will have combination of yoga postures to strengthen entire back . Various breathing practices to increase range of back muscles and flexibility along with techniques to relieve acute pain from back muscles.
Omkar, with a background of Bachelors’ & Masters’ degree in Yoga from the prestigious SVYASA Yoga University, has nearly 2 decades of experience in training and teaching Yoga. He is loved and respected by his students and clients for the gifts he brings to their professional and personal lives as a Yoga teacher, Therapist, Counsellor, Coach and a Stress management consultant. Omkar travels widely conducting workshops, seminars , retreats etc. on both philosophical and practical aspects of Yoga including meditation and guided relaxation.
