This hands-on session would provide a practical, workable and holistic paradigm towards self transformation - delineating the effect of One's 'nature', 'actions', 'environment' and 'contemplative therapeutic Yogic principles cum practices' on the development of a healthy mind, its transcendence & beyond.
About the Presenter
Dr Richa Chopra is a Masters in Child development, holds a Doctoral degree from the Faculty of Arts, Dept. of Psychology (Gauhati University) along with an Advance Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling. As the founding head of the Dept. of Contemplative and Behavioural Sciences at Sri Sri University, Dr. Chopra has been a pioneer in ideating, establishing and executing a plethora of departments and global initiatives, some of which have witnessed world history. Dr. Chopra attributes her transformation from a fearful non-entity to this steely spine individual who has been a catalyst of change in the lives of thousands of people across the world through the power of Yoga and Spirituality. She is Sr. Art of Living International Faculty, a Teacher's Training Teacher for Sri Sri School of Yoga and a QCI Level 2 Yoga Instructor. She is also a trained singer having two music albums to her credit.
