About the Session

The Yogic Walk is a simple technique that provides learning the treasure within. The yogic walk is based on Ayurveda, Hathayoga, and Upanishad. Walking which includes Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Mantra & Rhythmic steps. Easy to learn and follow. Helps to get rid of Laziness, Depression, Arthritis, Diabetics. Improves lung capacity, strengthens heart function.

About  the Presenter

K.Raghavendra Pai is a post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Education from Kaivalyadhama, Lonavla, Maharasthra. With M.A in Samskrtam, Doctarate in Literature (D.Lit.,). for 18 years he served as a Director for SDM Yoga & Moral Education Project Dharmasthala. In the last 3 decades, as a promoter and teacher of yoga, he has successfully conducted more than two thousand yoga workshops, camps both in and outside the country. The beneficiaries include about nine lakhs of yoga students and more than 30 thousand people from the public. He has received some national and international awards like 'Swami Vivekananda Leadership Award' in Chicago, the USA in commemoration of Swamiji's 125th year of electrifying speech and participation in the World Religion of Congress in 1893. Recipient of 'Yoga Vidyabhushana', 'Vishwa Konkani Award, Aasthana Yogacharya of Sri Krishna Mutt, Udupi. Yoga Guru Russia etc., At present, he is the secretary of Sri Vedavyasa Yoga Foundation (R), Mysuru, Karnataka. He is contributing in the fields of yoga, moral education, yogic wellness, Dasa sahitya. He is contemplating to bring out an encyclopedia comprising various aspect of yoga. 'Yogic Walking' is his own contribution.
