About the Practice Session
This session will offer an introduction into the meaning and significance of prana, the science and physiological benefits of pranayama together with some simple practices to illustrate the points made.
Please Note: Those would be joining for the practices are advised to do so on an empty stomach.
About the Presenter
Madeleine has been practicing, studying and teaching yoga for past 10 years alongside working for the non-profit sector in Geneva. Her yoga influence is deeply rooted in traditional hatha yoga and she has completed over 750 hours of teacher training in India. Since 2014, she has also been a student of Vedanta following the teachings of Swami Dayananda Saraswati ji under Swamini Atmaprakashananda ji.
